- Having earned his experience, for close to twenty years, in two of
Canada's leading intellectual property firms, Daniel has
serviced major corporations and individuals in a wide variety of industries,

- His forte is the strategic use of IP rights and litigation to achieve his
clients' goals, whether they be protective, aggressive or defensive.
In addition, Daniel has managed important trade-mark and copyright
portfolios of foreign companies in Canada and those of Canadian companies
abroad. He has also developed a particular expertise in expeditive remedies,
including injunctions and seizure orders. This has enabled Daniel to acquire
